I chose A, mainly because of the fact that the stimulus does mention that a vigorous workout is "more effective," and therefore can produce dramatic improvement. With that being said, I was between A and B, and was also focused in on the difference in wording between A and B: A says it "can" produce a dramatic improvement, while B says it "generally" produces improvements. The wording in the stimulus directly matches A. Does this difference in wording play an important role in distinguishing between A and B, or am I looking too much into that?
