Can someone please explain why answer choice C is correct? I had a really hard time understanding how the information supported answer choice C. Thank you!!

Happy to help, ibadetalita, but before I go wading into this one, would you tell us a bit more about your thought process on it? What did you expect the answer to be, or do, or look like? What were your thoughts about the other answer choices? How did you go about analyzing the stimulus and sorting the answers into losers and contenders?
