Pre Phrasing

General questions relating to LSAT Logical Reasoning.

Hello,
I wanted to ask if anyone had some advice or general tips for Pre Phrasing. I always forget to do it especially on Logical Reasoning but I am not really sure how I should be doing it or how it really works? Any advice would be appreciated
