Hi. Powerscore,

It's just my hunch and estimation, but isn't it fair to state since PT 80 and forwards, of all published LSAT Prep Testss, of LR questions.... isn't Causal Reasoning and Comparative (similar and dissimilarity) are more frequently used by LSAC to Test or GET LSAT test-takers than prior to PT 80 ?

Also, i think, (this is less certain) the reducing of conditional reasoning questions numbers (somewhat, not by much) in each Prep tests and causal and comparative related LR questions frequency more often in replacement of Conditional reasoning frequency in PT 80 and forward each published LR sections?

or Am I overthinking and oversensitive?

Hi lathlee,

I haven't noticed any such pattern myself, but that doesn't mean it isn't there! On the other hand, though, I would not advocate acting on your observation by de-emphasizing conditional reasoning! Conditional reasoning is a foundational concept that can be tested in any section, and mastering it leads to huge score improvements.

I recommend taking practice tests in the order of most to least recent, so that your study time will automatically account for any trends in LSAT content and question type.

Hi. Claire,

I meant to add this details and unfortunately forgot to edit this post until now. Anyways, ever since i wrote this post, i regretted somewhat by not adding in this detail, when i said there is fluctuation of more questions types, i meant in range of 1-3 Questions in each LR than prior PT 80 not in a huge margin of 4-7 Qs in each LR.

Also when i say there is more of certain types, that didn't mean necessarily in sacrifice of one question type for another.
as in there could be less of most strongly supported Q and evaluate questions to add a comparative type strengthen question type.

Anyways, I agree with everything you say and advices.
