There are a number of questions pertaining to completing the argument and I was wondering if there is a PS strategy to attack those questions, or something to pay more attention to for those types of questions. I do not think I saw this question type explained in the LR Bible, but please point me in the right direction if it is not the case.

Kind regards,

Hi,

What you're referring to is "FIB" (Fill In the Blank) questions that properly belong to the First Family of questions. In almost all instances, these are Main Point questions, especially if the sentence to be completed begins with a conclusion indicator ("thus," "therefore," "it is obvious then that...," etc.). This phrase would indicate that the final sentence should be a logically valid conclusion.

FIB questions are explained in the Logical Reasoning Bible under the chapter on Main Point questions (p. 106).

Hope this helps!
