MBT vs MP question stem

Hello,

So i just ran into two confusing MP vs MBT question stems. I thought this was something that I had a total grasp on but I let these two stems burn me.

The first is the statements above logically commit the politician to which one of the following conclusions. This is a MBT stem but I thought it was MP.

The second says, the argument is structured to lead to which one of the following conclusions? THis is MP.

What is the difference?

In the first, where it says "logically commit" it is indicating that this is the only possible conclusion; he is committed to it. Therefore, it is a MBT.

In the second one, it is asking what conclusion the argument intended to lead us towards, which is the same as asking what the main point of the argument is.
