I have taken the LSAT 2 Times already... smh. I have spent over 4,000 bucks on LSAT resources like Kaplan (including class and private tutor). Kaplan did not really help me my scored sucked. I like PS better but I am trying to figure out how to master these questions on LR. I GET FRUSTRATED AND CONFUSED...OFTEN. I know people say practice makes perfect, im just worried at this point and need some tips. Anything helps.

Hi anaamadi,

My recommendation would be to focus on figuring out what seems to be going wrong, and then approach it from that angle. Are you doing well on practice tests, but struggling with anxiety during the actual exam? You might focus on learning some relaxation strategies to help you stay calm during the test. Are you having difficulty applying the rules for solving different LR questions? You should try the PowerScore Logical Reasoning Bible, if you haven't already, and do lots and lots of practice problems to make sure you fully understand (and have memorized!) the approach to use with each question type. Are you having trouble completing the questions quickly enough? You might want to gradually decrease the amount of time you give yourself to complete each question, so you can slowly practice completing the questions faster, and also spend extra time working on any question types that tend to slow you down.

This can definitely be a frustrating process, and hopefully the PowerScore approach will be what you need to start seeing improvement in your scores. Good luck!

I don't know how long you've been preparing, but it took a buddy of mine (lab partner in college) 14 months to get the score he wanted on the LSAT. He finally scored a 173 and got in William and Mary. He spent 14 months working with PowerScore and the hard work finally paid dividends. It just took a long ASS time.
