DAVE WHY CAN'T R MOVE AROUND JUST LIKE T? IN OTHER WORDS, CAN'T R, AS T, FIT INTO THE SAME SPACES OF TEMPLATES 1 AND 3? OBVIOUSLY, THERE IS SOMETHING I'M MISSING HERE. WHAT IS IT? THANKS AHEAD OF TIME.

R can move around exactly like T. Anything R can do, T could do instead, and vice versa, since they have exactly identical restrictions. Looking at the templates, though, in Template 1, X is with W or S, so can't be with R or T. In template 2, X is with S, and might be in F, but still wouldn't be with R or T. In template 3, X is with W, and again, might be in F, but still wouldn't be with R or T. So in no situation can R be with X, which is why answer choice (A) cannot be true (so is the correct answer). In all of those same situations, T could not be with X either, but that just does not come up in any answer. So R being everywhere T can be is not really relevant - T can't be with X. So if R can be anywhere T can be, it still won't be able to be with X.
