We recently received the following question from a student:
Hi,
I'm on the 2017 edition of the logical reasoning bible. I'm wondering if on page 192-193 there is a typo. I'm not understanding why when referring to the PCE when the environment is able to support life why there is still the negative or negating mark through the symbol. It's quite confusing as I thought I was understanding this concept.
