Hello, I was really confused on how to solve this question and just ended up guessing. I couldn't really pinpoint why exactly D is correct. What's the difference between answer D and the other answer choices?

It's all about the definition of UCH given in passage B, sller123. Part of that definition is that the items in question must have been submerged, partially or totally, for at least 100 years.. But answer D is about something that has only been underwater since 1970! That is far too short a time to meet the definition of UCH, and therefore does not fall under the provisions given in passage B from the UNESCO draft.
