I have been studying for the LSAT for quite some time now. Going into this exam RC was my strongest section, I could complete all four passages, answer all the question and get most of them right. Now it appears for some reason that I've slowed down considerably, I can read all 3 passages and answer the questions, finish reading the 4th passage but not get through any or most of of the questions on the last passage and often find that I've gotten many questions wrong. I consider myself a strong reader and I often read the kind of passages in RC passages for my classes. What could account for my decline, how do I reverse this. I've watched the reading comprehension modules, and was wondering for more specific advice on how to tackle this trend - should I do several passages a day? I am taking the LSAT in october and I am really scared about not being able to improve this. I have been making gains in Logical reasoning and was counting on having this stable and high score to boost my overall score...
How long should I be spending reading a passage? How much time should be allotted for each question thereafter (assuming i read and notate the passage in 3.5 minutes, that leaves less than a minute for each question in passages with 7-8 questions??? Is that even possible- I know the general advice is not to skim passages but it doesn't seem realistic now...
