To your question, yes, what you have diagrammed is effectively the same. More accurately, what you have is an inference that you can arrive at based on the longer chain of conditional reasoning.

And it’s contra positive, L :arrow: ~F
This, however, isn't the contrapositive but rather is a Mistaken Reversal. If we have the following statement:

F :arrow: L
The contrapositive of this is:

L :arrow: F
