Hi,
I already asked a question but I'm going to ask another one:

I've been downloading the Question Sets (LOVE them...thank you) and I'm just wondering how to make best use of, specifically, the Logic Games. I noticed it has an edit answers. When I see that I've completely bombed a section, is it a good idea to check the setup on the forum and go back and try the questions again?

Thanks,
Tamirra

Hi Tamirra,

YES YES YES! This is a great idea and one of the keys to mastering the games section. When something give you difficulty, note it, and then later return to it and do the game a few more times until you feel as if you've got it down. We call this Perfecting Games, and it's a key approach to improving!

Could someone please direct me to any section on this website devoted to LSAC Writing?

I wrote a sample and wanted to post it and potentially receive some feedback. Thank you so much!

Hi dripgal!

Check out our blog post which includes everything you need to know about LSAT Writing: https://blog.powerscore.com/lsat/the-ul ... ng-sample/

If you follow the simple format described and adhere to those guidelines, you'll be absolutely fine with LSAT Writing :)

Hope this helps!

Best,
Kelsey

Hello,

Is there a preference in terms of what to use when practicing for the digital LSAT? I have a MacBook but my understanding is it's administered on a tablet? I did take a digital diagnostic test so I'm somewhat familiar with the platform but not a big fan :hmm: . I'm internally panicking because I can't focus on/visualize things unless it's with pen and paper.. My LSAT is in July so I have some time to master the digital part of it.

Also, will there be scratch paper for the Logic Games section? (I took the test a couple of months ago so I don't remember what that section looked like)

Thanks!

Hi rumiixo

Thanks for the questions! The digital Flex test is on a laptop or desktop; non-Flex tests are on a tablet, so it depends on which administration you take. At this time we don't know which format July will be :(

There is scratch paper for each format, so on that count you are good!

Thanks!

Hi,

I'm currently trying to do an un-timed practice test using the digital tests available on PowerScore and I set the section timer to 3 hours as to not worry about the time. Now, however, it's not letting me advance from the section I'm currently on until the timer runs out. Is there a way to advance the section without waiting for the timer?

Thank you!

Hi David,

We designed our digital platform to simulate the actual LSAT, which doesn't allow users to move ahead on sections before the timer runs out. Therefore, you unfortunately would be unable to skip ahead to another section prior to the timer running out :/ . Please note the default time is set to 35 minutes; if you want to take an "untimed" test, you can adjust the time limit per section. However, for the future, I would recommend a time under 3 hours per section since you'll be unable to skip ahead.

Thanks!

CHANGE IS COMING ON JUNE 30th!

Ability to buy NEW tests will be disabled as we move to a new LSAC license.

Ability to access your previously purchased tests WILL NOT CHANGE.

Thank you!

Resurrecting an old thread.

I am planning on taking the August FLEX. For my practice timed tests, do you recommend taking the FLEX or full-length versions? Of course the FLEX practice will be more aligned to what I will experience on test day, but would it be beneficial to take the full length instead, in order to see more questions and hopefully build more stamina?

I feel like I know the answer to this question, but wanted to get your thoughts regardless.

Thanks.
