Hello, I am taking the December test in 11 days. I have been taking 2 full tests per day typically lately and have been going down some on my scores. I reached a 174 a couple weeks ago and my last few tests have hovered around 169 although the point I previously hovered at was 171 consistently. I am wondering if a lot of this is mental exhaustion setting in and how I should address that for my test that is very soon. I am very close to reaching my target of a 175, and have corrected problems I had in Logic Games in Reading, but by focusing exclusively on them, my always high logical reasoning dropped a little bit. I feel like I am very close to putting it all together and have been working really hard to do just that lately.

How should I prepare in these last few days of prep before I start winding down and resting up for the actual exam?

Hello UTexas16,

Don't take 3 tests a day! ...Which is a way of saying, yes, maybe you have been working too hard. Taking 2 full tests a week may be enough, not two a day!! I salute your hard work, but sometimes people work too hard.
I would immediately stop taking more than 1 test every 2 days, which would give you 3-4 a week, if you really feel you need it. But again, maybe 2 a week would be fine. Did you have time, when you were taking 2 tests a day, to thoroughly examine your results? and understand every single question and answer, and exactly why you got it right or wrong? That's more important than just taking the maximum number of tests.
And of course, the day/night before the test, don't work at all, if you can. It sounds like you need the rest!
Finally, if your Logical Reasoning is dipping, try looking back at the theory in detail, including all the different types of flaws in the reasoning, etc. This could be more valuable than doing 2 new tests every day.

Hope this helps,
David
