Dear Admin , the authors of the bible sets and Dave,

So this is the situation. as i informed I already bought 2011 version full package lessons 1-12 from here , 2016 bible trilogy, bible flashcards and self updated the flashcards by 2016 logic bible standards updates. I already promised and planning to buy 2017 reading comprehension according to Dave's advice. I also finished all the questions in there; planning to go over the ones that took way too long, or got wrong in first place.I also did prep tests 80 as well.

I am also following 4 month plan self-study instructions as you informed.
I currently possess prep tests 80, 51-61,41-51. (Some of them were donated) and planning to buy 79,78,77,76,75 for maintain and be aware of the upto current testing trends.

I am contemplating to purchase the practice books to enhance the techniques you guys trying to teach me
I know the purpose of Practice Workbooks are "Practice Workbooks includes multiple drills questions, passages, and games to help you practice the skills you need to effectively master all three logic sections."

but this is the problem I see. I think based on the explanation of website publication section, a lot of the parts overlaps with the lesson 1-12 i already have.

However, I am contemplating to buy for due to the following sections; I notice that these parts my improvement is rather slow: LR's Flawed reasoning, Resolve the Paradox, Evaluate the argument, and cannot be true. RC's topic of traps from the passages , especially the part of to make a structural purpose reduced form when challenging writing styles topic of trap is involved .

One of the critical reason I am seriously considering to buy practice packages would be that if the practice packages contain more numbers and DIFFERENT(very important) from 2011 full length questions with DETAILED explanations, then I see this as worth the investment.

My other option would be, I will practice with the materials I have or If I cannot do it well enough, then ask the tutor sessions from you guys as a final resort.

Do you think buying the practice packages from you guys would enhance my skills in every area and worth the buck. or i should just ask for private tutoring from you guys on these parts if I tried really hard and still could not do well.

Hi Lathlee,

This is a difficult question! First, the Lessons 1-12 that you have contain so many different questions that some degree of overlap is inevitable. Our Dev server is undergoing an upgrade at the moment (which is late Friday, and that's often when we schedule these things) so I can't cross reference it precisely, but I know there is question overlap of some extent. The drills do not overlap, so that is all new to you at least. In LR, I'd personally say I'm not sure if you should buy that or not—if I recall correctly, we used LR from PTs 44-45-47-58, so you've for sure seen some of that. What is there that you might fine useful is the detailed explanations, for both the drills and LR sections (even though you've seen at least some of the LR sections).

If explanations are what you really want, I might be able to scare up some of our LSAT Deconstructeds. Those were full tests with complete explanations to each question. We pulled those from our lineup for a bit here as we are removing the LSATs from them (which will lower costs for future students) and because we made changes to our Sequencing diagramming. Would that help for me to check if we have any left in our Warehouse?

Thanks!

Hi lathlee - jumping in here to add some thoughts on your On Demand Course question :)

I'm of the strong opinion that the On Demand Course is likely a perfect fit for you: it's extremely comprehensive in covering every detail of the test, and because it's recorded you have the ability to review the lessons over and over as needed to make them crystal clear! Basically it allows you to totally customize/personalize the experience based on your unique strengths and weaknesses, meaning it's super powerful in helping you improve.

You can work through the fundamentals in the first few lessons as many times as you need to make sure you're rock solid on things like Must Be True, Main Point, conditional reasoning, Basic Linear games, VIEWSTAMP analysis in Reading Comp, etc., and then as you continue to get better you'll seamlessly transition into higher-level concepts like Advanced Linear games, Assumption and Justify questions, Parallel Reasoning, Limited Solution Set games, and all the rest! But all at your own pace and according to your specific needs, guided by our very best instructors!

So I think you'd get a ton out of the On Demand experience and highly recommend it! It's an extremely feature-rich resource and one of the best values out there. Students rave about it, and for good reason :)

Hi Lathlee,

According to our Shipping Department, we have copies of the Deconstructeds for PTs 62, 63, 66, 70, 71, 72 and the 3Decon book (which is the 2004 LSATs). those have complete explanations for each question, although those books use the older Sequencing diagramming system in LG. To obtain any of those, you can contact our Shipping Department, and they will arrange to have those sent to you. Each individual Decon is $12.50 and the 3 Decons is $20.

Thanks!
