So I'm putting together some 5 section practice tests to take and wanted to cover all my bases. I've got back-to-back LGs, LRs, and RCs, but I was wondering...have they ever put 3 LRs in a row on a test?

Yes: it's rare, but I've seen it happen before. Unlikely for you to see it though based on the total number of occurrences over the years.
