Could you break down #22 and explain why it can not be linear?

With that question, the basic idea is to make an informed prediction--to choose the most likely game type based on the limited information provided. Hypothetically, we could add some linear components (if, for example, the banks were referenced by number and situated in some particular order on the street). As it stands, however, with just the rules provided, this looks much more like grouping.

I agree with Steve 100% there, and let me add that in answer to your question, it could be Linear, but the question stem asks for what is most likely. That sends it towards Grouping.
