Hello, I am a bit embarrassed to admit this but I struggle with anxiety both in and out the test room. I am currently stuck at around the low 150's in terms of scoring, and despite all the studying do not seem to be improving much on practice tests. Part of the struggle has to do with the fact that the minute the clock starts ticking during practice tests, I go into a panic mode and become fixated on trying to bubble in every answer choice before time runs out, rather than putting to use the skills I have learned at Powerscore. I also took the actual test once at a testing center, and got nervous just at the fact that I was being timed and everyone else around me seemed to be plowing through the test unlike me. Do you have any advice for someone with not just test anxiety, but generalized anxiety?

Neither of you is alone in this! In fact, it's one of the most common issues students face.

We've put together what I consider to be a master list of test mentality discussions (articles, tips, webinars) that anyone struggling with mental fortitude would be well-served to regularly review: https://blog.powerscore.com/lsat/the-ul ... ource-list

Bookmark that page and work your way through the various pieces included. It'll make a big difference!
