Hello,

Since many "rolling" applications for law school start in end of October will I still be at a slight disadvantage if I take my LSAT in October? I know the disadvantage wont be as bad as December, but will it still be worse than June?

There shouldn't be any disadvantage to taking the test in October, as it will allow you to submit your applications before Thanksgiving, which would be ideal. That said, if you need to re-take the test for whatever reason, you will be stuck taking it in December (which does put you at a slight disadvantage). Try to take it in June if at all possible, and use October as a last resort.
