I'm taking the virtual course and I am almost finished lesson 7. So far, I have taken 3 practice tests and my results have been less than stellar.

Diagnostic- 143
Test #1 (Dec 2007)-151
Test #3 (Oct 2008)-147

I'm aiming for at least a 164, but with my results, it doesn't seem possible given that I am more than halfway through the course. Is it possible for someone with low scores like mine to make a drastic jump?

Any insight you may have would be appreciated!

Hi,

Of course it is possible to reach the mid-160's provided you make the most out of your practice tests and homework. You need to figure out where you're losing most of your points and isolate the specific areas in need of improvement. Feel free to ask your 2nd Chair instructor for more insight: he/she can take a look at your practice tests and tell you what you should be focusing on.

Good luck!
