Hi everyone!

I just took a cold test (a year after taking a previous cold test but never getting around to studying) and I scored much worse that the last time I took it! It was even below average! I'm really really disappointed. I am taking the LSAT on November 25th. And I was just wondering if someone could help me set a study plan for every day until then. I feel like I've given myself a short time to prepare compared to others and am unsure of the room for improvement. I am self-employed so I can make the time. How many hours a day should I allot for studying? How often should I take tests? What about practice sections?

SOS.

Thanks,
Eman :)

Hi Eman,

Thanks for the message! Overall you do have enough time to prepare for the November LSAT, and the flexibility in your schedule will be a big asset to you. We recommend studying regularly, at least 4-5 days a week for several hours each day. How much further than that you go depends on you, your weaknesses, and where you are trying to get to as far as a score. fortunately, we make our self-study plans freely available to the public, at the PowerScore Self-Study Site.

Go there, and download the 4 month LSAT study plan. You'll need the materials listed in there—prep books, LSATs, etc—but that will set you up for success over the long haul.

Please let me know if that helps get you started. Thanks and good luck on the journey!
