Hi guys!

I have a question about the international LSAT that will be held on January in 2020. What can we expect it to look like in terms of reuses of old tests? I was sifting through the forum and found some posts talking about how the March 2019 LSAT was a reuse of one from 2012. Can we expect an older test like that to be used again in 2020?

Any help would be appreciated! :-D

Hi AT,

A lot of international tests are either reuses of older exams or new administrations where they battle-test a newly formulated exam. For any given international exam it's nearly impossible to predict what they will do because there are so many of them. They use different tests in Europe than they do in Asia, for example, so it becomes like a roulette wheel when trying to do determine what you will get.

I always tell my students not to worry about it, focus on the basics you know they will test, and don't get distracted by sifting through old test trying to determine which one they will give you. It takes energy away from what should be your main focus!

I hope that helps!
