Hi Owen,
When you get a chance, listen to our podcast recaps of each of these Flex tests—we talk about which tests were used, in detail
LSAC doesn't talk about what they do with exams, ever. So, we use our extensive database of information on old tests to determine what they did. Our knowledge of this is unparalleled, and we have detailed information on years of unreleased exams. So, we can usually determine what's happened within just a few minutes. If you follow me on Twitter I usually announce it there first.
We don't have to change our study plan—nothing they've done has been unusual or unpredictable. Exams get tested and not released constantly, then reused. It's been happening for years. In fact, everything we predicted in our Crystal Ball webinar on the Flex has been shown to be spot on
By the way, the reason that people say these are reminiscent of the 60s is because we identified some of the sections as coming from tests originally administered in February 2011, 2012, and 2013—right around the start of the 60s. So, they're using our information to say those things. Trust me, we are on it!
Thanks!
