Hi everyone, I am currently signed up to take the August LSAT. The test is going to be here before I know it and I do not feel like I am ready. I am not scoring where I want to be on my practice test. I am off by a few points and I am scared I won't be able to improve much in the next 3 weeks, as I have plateaued in my scores. I am wondering if I should switch my test date to October and hopefully feel more comfortable and confident, or stick with my August date?

Thanks!

Hi Abbiegmorton,
Thank you for your question.
There is no benefit to taking the test if you feel you are not ready. Taking the extra time and building your skillset and confidence will put you in a much better place to conquer the LSAT. Also, October is still early in the admission cycle, so you won't be hurting yourself in that regard.
Keep studying and practicing and if you have any other questions, please reach out.
