Hello, I am signed up for the June LSAT but I’m consistently getting a lower score than I would like. My past practice tests have been. 161, 159, 164, 160, 156 and 161. I would really like to get that up to ATLEAST a 165. On the questions I get wrong (LR, RC) I feel like a lot of the time there’s no way I would have got the right answer. Every section I feel like there’s 3 or so questions that I never understand plus a couple a make a silly mistake on. Any suggestions on breaking through this 160 area?

Hi Ian,

Thanks for the post! Here are a few thoughts about increasing your score when you've plateaued:

Also, keep in mind that in addition to practice tests, you also want to make sure that you thoroughly review them:
10 steps to taking practice tests
Reviewing Practice Tests

As you review Practice Tests, you want to be able to focus your studies on your problem areas, and then study those questions and the concepts until you feel like you could explain them to another student!

If you run into a problem identifying your weaknesses and how to improve them, a tutor may be something to consider as well.

Thanks!
