Hello,

I wanted to know if anyone can help me with a scholarship question. I've been accepted to 2 Louisiana law schools, and am looking for scholarships that are for Louisiana students. Where are people looking? I already applied to the Harrell & Nowak Scholarship, but I was wondering if anyone knows of others like the one below? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

This is a tough question, one that you might want to ask your pre-law advisor (if you went to college in Louisiana), or inquire with Louisiana law schools directly. I know that Tulane Law has very generous merit based aid, especially if you beat their GPA/LSAT mediums. Several people this year got full rides with numbers higher - but not exceptionally higher - than their 2014 mediums. Also, you may want to check out the lists below:

Outside Scholarship Search: http://www.fastweb.com

The following are available to LSU students who qualify (I don't think you apply separately to any of them):

I hope these links give you a good place to start your search.

Thanks!
