Are the passages in the book "PowerScore LSAT Reading Comprehension: Passage Type Training" mention the Prep-tests No./ Question number of the actual LSAT tests ?

Yes, in the Reading Comprehension Passage Type Training books, each passage is preceded by the month and year of the actual test in which the passage originally appeared.
