Are experimental section questions & answers necessarily valid? Is it possible (not impossible) for more than one answer to be absolutely correct?

Hey ZEW - thanks for the question and welcome to the Forum!

Experimental section questions are designed to be reused in future scored sections, so the test makers construct them with every attempt at legitimacy (thus a single correct, defensible answer). That said, because their experimental use is their first vetting, the likelihood of a question having an issue, like more than one defensible answer or no legitimate answers, is higher. Experimental testing helps LSAC identify instances like that and remedy them before official use.

So the goal is 100% representativeness. The reality, one imagines, is slightly less perfect...but still awfully close.
