I have taken a PowerScore course and now I am thinking about purchasing a few tutoring hours. Do you offer any discounts to people who have already taken a course?

Is there a discount on private-tutoring packages? Let's say I get a five-hour package that usually costs $595, do I get 30% off that?

No, the packages are already discounted. If you re-read her answer, she is referring to open-ended hours (which by definition are not packages).
