V does not have to receive a premium wash under Templates #1 and #2. In each Template, then, V would receive a regular wash. Accordingly, answer choice (A) is correct because O always receives a regular wash.

Why can't V have S?

For #12 I have:

SRRR/P

I looked back at the setup but still can't see why V cannot have a super wash.
