1) You're exactly right-- Answer Choice B doesn't tell us total milk versus yogurt shoppers. Rather, it tells us that of the milk shoppers, not many buy yogurt. So, that doesn't resolve our paradox.
2) If Answer Choice B stated that more LargeCo shoppers buy milk than buy yogurt, that could potentially resolve our paradox! It would give us reason as to why, in spite of the comparably higher efficacy of yogurt advertisements, LargeCo's milk sales have increased relative to their yogurt sales.
