Thanks Luke...I appreciate the clarification. Upon reexamining the stimulus using the premise identification method, I see that the first sentence doesn't perfectly follow from sentence two (the one I thought was the first of two total premises). The issue appears to lie with the statement:"Most important function of value transmission to a group of ppl". This doesn't follow from the "premises"as they only tell us how the method of transmission occurs and not how/why that method is the most important.
