Not quite Molly. While it makes sense that regular users of papercrete are likely to be familiar with it, it doesn't prove that those who don't use it are unfamiliar. They might know it and still not use it.
For example, I hate mushrooms. I'm familiar with them. I've tried them. That's WHY I hate them. A similar situation could be true of those who don't use papercrete. They may have used it once and been unhappy with the results. The point is that the argument doesn't provide the information one way or the other.
