I do think that the author could make a value judgment (and there's no indication the author works for or represents Crackly Crisps, so be careful not to mistake the source of the argument!), because the argument tries to demonstrate what a company "should" or "should not" do.

I do agree that the supposed value judgment is compatible with the principle, so answer choice (C) is wrong to say the principle is incompatible with the judgment.
