Hello,
I am still confused about how this is true about the stimulus: "it takes for granted that any obligation to perform an action is a legal obligation." It seems to me that the last sentence of the stimulus does not commit this flaw, so is the equivocation between "obligation" and "legal obligation" happening between the premises (which discuss an obligation) and the conclusion (which discusses a legal obligation)?
