I completely agree that we don't know for absolute certainty that there are some pythons hatched in North America that will die within six months as a result of the liver disease for the reasons that you mentioned. In fact, when making claims about the future, nothing is ever really certain. For all we know, the universe may cease to exist in six months! This answer could and should have been worded better to reflect this uncertainty.
Even so, you always want to fall back on the LR section directions that state:
"However, you are to choose the best answer; that is, the response that most accurately and completely answers the question. You should not make assumptions that are by commonsense standards implausible, superfluous, or incompatible with the passage."
In this case, Answer A is the best answer and while it is theoretically possible that all of the pythons hatched in North America that have the liver disease die off in other ways before succumbing to the disease, that would probably fall under an "implausible assumption" that the directions instruct you not to make.
