Hi Peebljoh8981

This flaw would fall into the general category of causal flaws. The author jumps from the fact that people with more ethical principles have more ethical behavior to stating the principles CAUSE the ethical behavior. That's jumping from a correlation (two things seem to occur together) to a causation (one thing actively causes another). The causal language here occurs in the conclusion, where the author states that business schools can promote (causal word) ethical behavior by encouraging behavior that would lead to more ethical principles in the students. The author has a causal conclusion where the data does not indicate that the two things are causally related.

Hope that helps!
