Yes, that reasoning generally sounds right. I'm not positive that it's a hard and fast rule across all questions, but it may be. It might seem initially like taking something for granted is a flaw, so that could suggest that one would see that wording in a flaw question stem. However, even if it's seen as a "flaw," it's specifically a particular type, namely, presuming an unstated assumption, which suggests that wording denotes an assumption question.
