So you got the conditional statement correct: Happy----->Needed

But we also know that at least 51% of people can only feel needed within interpersonal relationships with family friends, meaning their jobs are not necessary for them to feel needed.

So the job occupation isn't necessary to feel needed for most people, since those people can only achieve this through interpersonal relationships with family and friends. Therefore, we cannot take the answer choice to mean: "they will not feel needed."

Whereas answer choice E is basically a restatement of our conditional statement chain:
Happy----->needed--->51% only through interpersonal relationships with family and friends
