Good question! I go into any question like this with the presumption that I do not know what spleen means. Truth be told, I couldn't tell you two things about the spleen. Baudelaire has a poem named after it. That's the extent of my knowledge.

All that I can infer is that there is something inside seals called a "spleen."

Connecting the concept of "spleen" to "muscle tissue" is an unwarranted assumption. Further, we may deduce from answer choice (E) that the spleen is an organ.

Even if you know as little about the spleen as I do, you know everything you need to get this question right!
