Hello.

I want to thank Powerscore because after studying the book and training questions, my confidence in the basic linear games has significantly increased to being able to keep a nice, clean master diagram while only getting between -1 to 0 wrong. I was then able to do the first game of the November 2019 with just one question wrong.

Now I have read the Advanced Linear Game and I am a little unsure about it. I find myself going through the rules and marking it as I can and going to the set up explanation as I work through the rules. I can see this is a way of be making sure because I am less confident in this part of Logic games especially when it comes to overfunded variables.

How do I get more comfortable with advanced set-ups where I wouldn't need to keep looking as I work through it.

Hi J,

Thanks for the question! As with the Basic Linear games, it will take some time and effort to become comfortable with the Advanced Linear games (and some are quite hard, so they will never feel easy, to be honest, which is ok). The key is to consider what is happening: they are adding more variables. That increases complexity so of course it feels harder. Accepting that fact eases the pressure on you to "get it" immediately, and it also allows you the opportunity to play around with these games until you see how they like to link the multiple variable sets together. Forewarned is forearmed, and while ti takes some getting used to, you can count on them linking variable sets and that becomes something you can watch for in each Advanced Linear game.

Keep doing what you are doing and taking your time in learning how they connect variables, and it will slowly get easier, just as with the Basic games.

Thanks!
