Hi jostomel,
It's great that you're getting all of the questions correct! Having a good grasp of how to diagram is definitely the biggest challenge, so you should be proud that you've accomplished it.
First, are you getting all of the inferences during your set-up? Finding the inferences early on is really critical to saving a lot of time, so that might be an area you can improve. Second, make sure to use answers and diagrams from earlier questions to inform how you approach laster questions, when applicable (just be careful using this approach with local questions!). Third, use templates when appropriate, because some games are VERY time consuming without them but quick with them. And finally, my biggest piece of advice is just to practice lots, with different types of games - the more familiar you become and the more practice you have, the faster you will become.
On the actual exam, it is important to remember that you get the same amount of credit for each game and each question, regardless of how easy or difficult it is. Therefore, if you come to a game you quickly identify as one that will take a long time, you might want to come back to it at the end, so that you spend the most time on games you can complete more quickly.
Good luck!
