Logic Game Fundamental from Oct 2011 Game 2

if there is a game with an in and out group, but one of the rules (the first rule in this game) has an either or (but not both rule), I realize that one or the elements must be in. However, just to clear any confusion, if it is simply a A ----- ~B, then there is a possibility that both A and B could be out, right?

the either or changes this.
