Hey Ashley,

In attempting to resolve the discrepancy we need to figure out how these two percentages can address the same quantity. Remember that we can't really compare percentages to other percentages without knowing what they are a percentage of. So, in this case, we could be comparing count versus weight and come up with different percentages despite.

For example, 7% of unsalable garments might mean that out of 100 garments made, 7% are unsalable.
However, 9% of recycled scrap could mean that out of 100 pounds of recycled scrap, 9% is unsalable garments. In either case, we could be talking about the same quantity of clothing, we are just categorizing it differently (in # of items versus lbs of the items).
