You're correct that (D) does not present language indicating a Mistaken Negation, as the stimulus presents, but instead a Mistaken Reversal. But because a Mistaken Negation may be logically inferred from a Mistaken Reversal, and vice versa, answer choice (D) is still correct, even though it is presented as the contrapositive of the flawed conclusion drawn in the stimulus.
