Your two statements are correctly stated—but did you see the initial post in this thread? These statements and the logic of the problem are all explained up there.
Answer choice (E) didn't need to mention the sufficient because it's mentioned right in the second sentence of the stimulus: "the best-selling publications in most university bookstores would not be frivolous ones like TV Today and Gossip Review." That equates to "Frivolous Bestsellers."
