Hi PowerScore,

Could you please explain why each incumbents would get reelected if their neighborhoods would be voting for them? For me it feels like if each neighborhood vote for different people, no body could be reelected. I am so confused. Thanks!

Hi Morgan, did you see my explanation at the top of the prior page? I explain why only incumbents will get re-elected. Basically, if everyone votes only for the incumbent in their area, then they will be voting for incumbents again who will ultimately be re-elected.
