Is stregthen / support question the same as most strongly supported questions? I just want to make sure I am reading the PowerScore diagram correctly. Thank you

Hi salgado145!

There's a subtle difference, but "most strongly supported" is most likely to indicate a must be true question rather than a strengthen/support question.

For example, a question stem might ask, "Which of the following is most strongly supported by the information above?" If you have a stem like that, you're dealing with a must be true question. The question is asking about what must follow from the information in the stimulus and often draws on inferences that can be made from material in the stimulus.

By contrast, you might also encounter questions with a stem like, "Which of the following most strongly supports the argument made in the stimulus?" In that case, you'd be dealing with a strengthen rather than a must be true question. Note that in this subtle change of words, the question is asking for which answer choice supports the stimulus, whereas with the must be true question, it's asking for which answer choice is supported by the stimulus.
