I can't think of a case where they reversed the order, landphil, and I'm not sure they would ever do that, just because that would open them up to challenges that they don't want to deal with. But, if there was only one answer that had the right analogies, and those ideas were presented in the opposite order, I suppose we would have to pick it. That would be better than having one of the two analogies not work!
