Hi, I have a question about the correct answer choice here.

The answer choice states: “the genetic mechanisms by which embryos establish early polarity vary dramatically from
one organism to the next.”

But would it not be inaccurate to say they differ from one organism to the next? It seems to me that the correct wording would be “type of organism,” since the term “organism” alone would mean that even organisms of the same type would differ. As we know from the passage, the mechanisms differ from toads to humans to fruit flies, all of which are types of organisms.
